Talk through a workflow

Send a short note about the work that's slowing you down, and where you think AI might help. Walter reads every message himself and will reply with a few times for a 30-minute call. No slides, no preparation.

Tell us about the workflow

Please don't include customer data, confidential files or personal information about others. We use what you send to reply and continue the conversation.

What happens next

  1. Send the form with a line or two about the work.
  2. Walter reads it himself and replies with a few times for a 30-minute call.
  3. On the call: the workflow or pilot, what's at stake and your timing. If it's a fit, we scope the right next step in writing: a Sprint, Pilot to Production or hands-on delivery support.
